Formscan By Tom Weekes - EL CHAMPO has come good over fences in recent months and can complete a hat-trick. It took him 14 starts to score over fences but he had been placed at Listed level in this sphere and recently followed up his easy Tramore success with a further win at Listowel. He is just 4lb higher that at Listowel and might confirm placing with runner-up General Clermont who, with jockey claims included, is 2lb better off. Conyers Hill is an able performer who has been placed four times at Listed level and finished sixth in the Grand Annual last March. He should compete but meets race-fit rivals on his seasonal reappearance.
