Formscan By Gary Carson - APPLE'S JADE beat Nichols Canyon in decisive fashion in the Hatton's Grace last month and there looks no reason that she can't repeat that here. The star mare was going further away the further she went over two-and-a-half miles then and three miles should be no problem to her now. She has bags of stamina and there is even a case to say that she might be better at this trip. Nichols Canyon was making his seasonal debut earlier in the month but he has won on his comeback on several occasions so probably won't improve that much for the outing. Obviously he was the Stayers Hurdle winner last season so is proven at this trip and if there are any stamina issues with Apple's Jade he'll be there to exploit them. Jezki still retains plenty of ability but may not be able to do it at the very highest level anymore while Supasundae has a bit to find on his Fairyhouse running.
