Formscan By Alan Magee - DAYBREAK BOY scored twice on the Flat including on the Polytrack at Dundalk but seems adaptable ground wise and shaped with plenty of promise on his hurdling debut at Punchestown when placed behind Shady Operator in a 23-runner maiden. Jetez was well behind in fourth on that occasion, and the selection should be suited by this extra half-mile. Noel Fehily is an eye-catching booking. Flawless Escape handled testing ground well when making all for a convincing bumper win at Roscommon and, considering his jumping was far from fluent, ran a cracker when switched to hurdles at Punchestown last month (Jetez seven lengths back in third). An improved display of jumping should see him go close. French import Francin is obviously one to keep a close eye on in the market, while dual bumper winner Tower Bridge was also let down by some poor jumping when disappointing over hurdles at Down Royal.
