Formscan  - The Churchill Lad ran out an easy winner at Cartmel when last seen in August and the Rebecca Menzies-trained gelding will be out to put his experience to good use here against an inexperienced field. He may, however, struggle to concede 7lb to HIGHLAND FROLIC, who was a useful stayer on the Flat and won't lack for stamina in this discipline. Vintage Valley may improve for the initial hurdling experience at Sedgefield and is also considered.
