Formscan By Gary Carson - WESTERN COMANDOR has run a couple of nice races on his two outings to date and may be able to get his head in front now. The John Ryan-trained gelding lost out by just a head on his debut at Ballinrobe when not getting the clearest of runs before finishing fourth in a decent looking contest at Galway. He's shown enough to give him a big shout in this. Ginnets Girl shaped with promise when fourth on her debut at Ballinrobe and could be a danger now with that experience under belt. Unbridled Power was keen and green on his debut at Cork and is another that could improve now.
