Formscan  - Issuing Authority made a pleasing start to his hurdling career when runner-up at Uttoxeter last month and, with improvement likely, the five-year-old is of interest today. However, the Dan Skelton-trained HEEZER GEEZER's form rates narrowly stronger and this looks like a good opportunity to shed his maiden tag over hurdles. Shomen Uchi has some fair bumper form to his name and is another to note on this first appearance over obstacles.
