Going - Soft To Heavy, Soft in places. Sunny

Formscan By Eamonn Murphy - Captain Canada is a very nice young prospect for Terence O'Brien. I happened to see him in action at Askeaton and he put in an absolute exhibition of fast fluent jumping to beat Lion Valley and Sea Diamond. One would imagine that he could excel when tackling fences on the racecourse proper, but if the market is positive here, then the son of Tamayaz would be very much respected under the in-form Pat Collins. After another point-to-point winner last Sunday, it appears Kevin Sheehan (now working with Mick Winters) is a name we're going to be hearing a lot more of. He rides newcomer, Another Rebel (out of a half-sister to Southern Vic) and again if the betting says he's fancied then he'd warrant strong consideration. Given that he's in the big-name ownership of Jim Ennis and coming from the Willie Mullins-yard, SUNTIEP is given the nod. He's out of a half-sister to Pomme Tiepy and you'd imagine he'll be well-primed for the task in hand.
