The winner, Beauvatier (FR) appeared to show improved form compared with its previous run at Haydock on 6 September 2025, where the colt finished twelfth of seventeen runners, beaten by 7½ lengths.
It was noted that the representative of Alexis Pouchin could offer no explanation for the colt’s improved form on this occasion.
Beauvatier (FR) was routine tested.
Following the race, Robert Havlin reported that Audience (GB), placed fifth, ran too free.
