Leblon the Queen at a whopping 80/1
She’s a nice filly at home, but has certainly stepped up today and Chris said the biggest job he had was pulling her up. She’s a homebred and is by Galileo Gold who gets plenty of nice fillies. It’s a lovely start for her, but where she goes now I’m not sure.

Cherry Pink just prevails before the handicapper has his say
He (the handicapper) gave her 3lb the other day for being third which I thought was harsh. We were in Killarney tomorrow off 60 and if she had run off 60 today she would have been well beat, so hopefully he can’t be too hard on her. She’s a great fun filly but at her level. She won on the beach at Laytown last year and it’s great for Deepak (Dhand, owner) who is a local tiler beside me. This is his first horse and she’s won three times, so he’s been very lucky. Adam was very good on her.
Shoot To Kill nails Dynamic Force in Roscommon
That’s the 100th winner for Shamrock Thoroughbreds. We are going seven or eight years now and I’m very grateful to so many people for all their support. I was keen to give him a break after the all-weather because he’s been busy and he won twice as well. I thought coming here he was on a stiff enough mark but he’s holding his form really well. He’s freshened up and the break has paid off well. The race worked out perfectly as he was quite keen early, but they went hard, and he was lucky enough to find the gaps and was good at the line. They have done a lovely job on the track and there is a lovely covering of grass. It’s nice, good ground.
Gansta Man grabs his first success for Smith
Arouet lands the Roscommon feature for Twomey & Lee
He’s a nice horse and all of mine on debut can be fairly green. He stepped forward nicely from his debut and I think he’s a horse with a bit of talent. I’m delighted the way he won. I’d say he’s pretty versatile ground wise. I don’t think he wants really fast ground and I think he’s a horse that will continue to improve. That’s a nice trip for now and he’ll probably go further being by Galiway.
Casey savours first victory aboard Duke Of Leggagh
It’s lovely for the young fella. He’s after hitting the goalposts a number of times. He’s a year and a-half with us and is a good, hard-working lad. He came through the same academy as Wesley (Joyce) and I’m delighted for them. It’s a real Limerick success and hopefully it’s onwards and upwards. He’s improving all the time and is well worth his claim. It took Wesley a while to get going and hopefully we can get Terry going now as well with a few winners. He’s a good, genuine horse and an ideal horse for him. He’ll probably go back hurdling at some stage.
