An enquiry was held to consider interference inside the final 2 furlongs, when the winner Summit (IRE), ridden by David Nolan, interfered with Buttercross Flyer (IRE), placed fifth, ridden by Jason Hart.
Nolan was suspended for 6 days for improper riding as he had maneuvered right-handed when it ought to have been obvious that interference would take place, causing Hart to be tightened for room and have to check for several strides.
An enquiry was held to consider interference shortly after the 2 furlong marker, when Catton Lady (GB), placed third ridden by Joanna Mason, and Clipsham Gold (IRE), unplaced, ridden by Molly Gunn, interfered with Purple Martini (GB), unplaced, ridden by Andrew Breslin.
Mason was suspended for 3 days for careless riding as she had failed to take reasonable steps to prevent her mount from drifting left.
Gunn was suspended for 2 days for careless riding as at the same time as Catton Lady (GB) had shifted left, she had drifted right without sufficient correction, with both riders causing Breslin to become tight for room and clip a heel.
