The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident on the bend past the stands on the final circuit involving Boujee, ridden by L.A. McKenna, placed third, Not May, ridden by E. Finegan, placed unplaced and Nothing Hectic, ridden by D.J. O'Keeffe, placed first, where it appeared Nothing Hectic and Not May got tight for room. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. L.A. McKenna stated that he jumped the hurdle half a length up on the horse on his inside. After landing, his mount put her head up and leaned in, which he attempted to correct. E. Finegan stated that things became congested, that he ran short of room between horses having received pressure from his outside. D.J. O'Keeffe stated that things got tight for room at the point of the bend from his outside. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards found L.A. McKenna, was in breach of Rule 214 in that he had ridden carelessly, and having considered his record in this regard (third offence) the Raceday Stewards suspended him for eight racedays

D.J. O'Keeffe, rider of Nothing Hectic, trained by Miss Hilary McLoughlin, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was tight for room on the bend passing the stand on the final circuit

J.C. Gainford, rider of Jetaway Nana, trained by Cian Collins, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left throughout.
