An I.N.H. flat race for four years old and upwards mares only that are EBF eligible that have not won a race under any N.H. Rules or Rules of Racing (excluding Academy Hurdles and 3-y-o Junior N.H. Hurdles) other than one I.N.H. flat race or N.H. flat race Weights - 4-y-o 11st 3lbs 5-y-o and up 11st 4lbs. Penalties - Penalty - Winner of an I.N.H. Flat Race or a N.H. flat race 7lb extra Riders - Qualified Riders under I.N.H.S. Rules. Professional Riders under I.N.H.S. Rules (other than Apprentices) who have not lost the right to claim the 7lb allowance under Rule 52 (up to and including 14th October) may also ride in this race.
