The Raceday Stewards received a report from the Clerk of the Scales, Ms. A. O'Keeffe, that A.M. King, rider of Annalough, had weighed in 1.2lbs overweight. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who stated that he had a small drink after weighing out and also kickback may have contributed to the overweight. Having considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that A.M. King was in breach of Rule 231 and having considered his clean record, they cautioned him on this occasion
