Permission was given for Tuscan Point (IRE) to go to post early, and for Andalprofit (IRE) to wear a red hood to post.
The sponsorship in relation to War Howl (IRE), trained by Michael Appleby, did not comply with the Sponsorship Code of Conduct.
Appleby was warned as to his responsibility to ensure that the correct sponsorship is carried.
An enquiry was held to consider interference inside the final furlong, involving Mister Invincible (IRE), placed fifth, ridden by David Nolan, Arbitration (IRE), unplaced, ridden by Pierre-Louis Jamin, and Blue Seeker (IRE), unplaced, ridden by Hollie Doyle.
Nolan was suspended for 3 days for careless riding as he had angled right-handed when insufficiently clear, causing Doyle to be moved off her intended line and result in Jamin being crowded for room on the rail and have to take a substantial check.
Approximately half a furlong out, Zappata (GB), placed third, lugged left-handed making light contact with Bantz (IRE), placed second, which was moved off its intended line.
After viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved.
The winner, War Howl (IRE), appeared to show improved form compared with its previous run at Nottingham on 20 May 2025, where the gelding finished eighth of nine beaten 12¼ lengths.
It was noted that the representative of Michael Appleby could offer no explanation for the gelding’s improved form.
Following the race, Alex Jary reported that Andalprofit (IRE), unplaced, ran too free and hung left- handed.
Oisin McSweeney reported that Tuscan Point (IRE), unplaced, ran too free.
