The Raceday Stewards received a report from the Clerk of the Scales that Kevin Healy, rider of Rightfolksplease, had weighed back in 1.7lbs overweight. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who stated that he had been doing light all day and had felt weak after weighing out and had to have a drink of water. Having considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that Kevin Kealy was in breach of Rule 231 and having considered his record in this regard (second offence) the Raceday Stewards suspended Kevin Healy for two racedays
