The rider and Jason Hart, the rider of The Northern Lord (GB), were interviewed and shown recordings of the incident.
It was found that the incident was accidental and was caused by Ettore (IRE) jumping left-handed at the same time as The Northern Lord (GB) jumped right-handed causing the runners to make contact resulting in Keeley becoming unbalanced and unseated.
