Since he started jumping fences, he is a different horse and he is entitled to win today's race with his run in the Supreme (Novices Hurdle of 2024). He will be better on better ground and his time of year is coming, so we'll place him as we go by. I would have loved him to go to Cheltenham, but one of his owners preferred to stay home with him and, with the slow year we've had, the horses are only coming back to form now. P.M. O'Brien, rider of Peaceinthevalley (FR), trained by Henry de Bromhead, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stopped quickly after a bad mistake
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Peaceinthevalley (FR), trained by Henry de Bromhead, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
