An enquiry was held to consider interference approximately half a furlong out when the winner Lady Britain (GB), ridden by Tommie Jakes, interfered with Harswell River (IRE), placed third, ridden by Jason Hart.
Jakes was cautioned for careless riding as he had failed to take sufficient steps to prevent his mount from drifting left-handed, causing Hart to take a precautionary check.
The Starter reported that Woody Y Fernandez (GB), refused to enter the stalls and was withdrawn at 2:43pm.
Jennie Candlish was informed that the gelding could not run until the day after passing a stalls test.
