The Raceday Stewards interviewed Pat McGuinness, representative for Gavin Cromwell, trainer of Robbies Rock (GB), regarding the late arrival of the horse into the Parade Ring which contributed to a delay to the off time of the race. Evidence was heard from the Pat McGuiness who stated they had issues applying the tongue strap which resulted in the delay. Having considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards noted the explanation given
However, as Pat McGuinness was not an authorised representative they fined Gavin Cromwell €130 in accordance with Rule 147(v)
