The Raceday Stewards enquired into possible interference in the closing stages of this race involving May Call You Back (GB), ridden by B. Hayes, placed first, and Sayitfirst, ridden by G. Brouder, placed second, where it appeared interference may have occurred. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. B. Hayes stated that his mount idled in front and was following the line of the rail. G. Brouder stated that his mount was coming with his run and was slightly intimidated. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards made no alteration to the Judge's placings and took no further action.
