She is unbeaten here so she obviously likes the track. It’s interesting Willie tends not to run his mares much before Christmas so maybe that might be the way to go next year. Permission was given for Burdett Road (GB), King Of Kingsfield (IRE) and Brighterdaysahead (FR) to each wear a red hood to post.
After jumping the final flight, Brighterdaysahead (FR), placed fourth, was badly hampered by the faller and was forced to shift sharply left-handed, as a result severely bumping Burdett Road (GB), placed second, inconveniencing that runner, but after viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved.
