Michael Herrington was informed that the filly could not run until the day after passing a stalls test.
It was noted that shortly after the start, the pin on the surcingle of the winner, Selection (IRE), had become dislodged, causing it to undo.
The surcingle was inspected and as it was found to be in a serviceable condition, no further action was taken.
