An enquiry was held to consider interference shortly after the start involving, the winner, American State (IRE), ridden by Stevie Donohoe and Mr Nugget (GB), placed second, ridden by Oisin McSweeney.
The interference was found to be accidental as American State (IRE) edged slightly left-handed when running free, causing Mr Nugget (GB) to be briefly tight for room on the rail.
Following the race, Callum Hutchinson reported that Kaaranah (IRE), unplaced, was slowly away and hung right-handed.
