Approximately 1 furlong out, the winner Cape Ashizuri (IRE), shifted marginally right-handed, taking Alaminos (GB), placed second, slightly off its intended line, which further resulted in Anaisa (GB), placed fourth, being taken marginally of its intended line, but after viewing a recording of the incident it was found that no riding offence was involved and it had not improved the placing of Cape Ashizuri (IRE) or Alaminos (GB).
Following the race, David Allan reported that Daydreama (GB), unplaced, was denied a clear run 1 ½ furlongs out.
