An enquiry was held to consider interference approaching the line involving Holly Mist (IRE), placed third, ridden by Aidan Keeley, and Pension Pot (GB), placed fourth, ridden by Connor Beasley.
Keeley was cautioned for careless riding as he allowed his mount to drift left-handed when insufficiently clear, causing Beasley to have to take a slight check.
Approaching the line, the winner, Melvin Udall (IRE), edged quickly left-handed, taking Hostility (IRE), placed second, marginally off its intended line, but after viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved, and that it had not improved the placing of Melvin Udall (IRE).
Following the race, William Pyle reported that Four O Sevenseven (GB), unplaced, ran too free.
The Veterinary Officer reported that Limonata (GB), unplaced, had bled from the nose.
