The Starter reported that Mission Classified (IRE) was unruly in the stalls and was withdrawn at 2:51pm.
Archie Watson was informed that the colt could not run until the day after passing a stalls test.
An enquiry was held into the running and riding of Everydaysasaturday (IRE), ridden by Conor Orr and trained by Declan Carroll, which was held up at the rear of the field, before making an effort inside the two furlong marker and appeared to be tenderly handled to finish sixth of ten runners, beaten by a distance of 8 lengths.
The rider was shown recordings of the race and asked to explain his riding inside the final two furlongs.
The Veterinary Officer examined Everydaysasaturday (IRE) post-race and had nothing to report.
Orr started that the gelding had been slightly slowly into stride, and he felt that the gelding had a tendency to lug-right handed in the early stages, he further added that EVERYDAYASATURDAY (IRE) was slightly green when approaching a gap at the two-furlong marker.
As he felt the gelding rolling around, when asked for an effort, he felt it prudent to focus his efforts in preventing EVERYDAYASATURDAY (IRE) from becoming unbalanced and in his opinion, with the distance between fifth and sixth place being ¾ of a length, he had obtained the best possible placing.
His explanation was noted.
