Formscan By Alan Magee - STELLA ALPINA has shown good pace on all four maiden starts and can make the breakthrough on her first step into handicap company. The selection made most of the running when runner-up to Cold Hearted at the Curragh last time and now has the benefit of Wayne Hassett’s 5lb claim. Midnight Horizon benefitted from a drop down to this trip when successful on her handicap debut at the Curragh last week and is an obvious threat despite a hefty 14lb hike for that victory. Agouti Bear may have spoiled her chance by getting upset in the stalls last time, while others to consider include Smoke Them Out and Tomarlo.
