Formscan  - Having regained the winning thread at Haydock a fortnight ago, a 3lb higher mark shouldn't prevent another bold bid from Beauld As Brass. George Baker's gelding is a potential improver stepping up further in distance and isn't taken lightly, but OXFORD COMMA is slightly more appealing. The four-year-old scored over 2m2f on her penultimate outing at Pontefract and she shouldn't be judged too harshly on her subsequent defeat in a Listed event in France. Mordor and Align The Stars add further spice to the race.
