Formscan By Alan Magee - SURAC looks the pick of the four previous hurdle winners in the line-up and is taken to follow up his victory at Ballinrobe earlier this month. The Frankel gelding ran well in a number of Flat handicaps off a mark of 62 and the form of his maiden hurdle win over Charlie Luciano looks the best on offer. He had Mr Globalist and Figaruso well behind and they previously filled the runner-up spot in hurdle races won by Tory Reel and The Insider respectively. The Insider’s trainer Gordon Elliott is also represented by Shetland Tony who didn’t get too far at Killarney last week and Calico, who kept on into third behind the selection at Ballinrobe. Bringbackmemories was the best of these on the Flat with a number of placed efforts over 1m2f for Ger Lyons earning a rating of 86.
