Formscan  - FIERTE (10) showed marked progress when third on her second start at Dax over hurdles in June and should be ready to go after a layoff. Her main threat could be BARROSA (8), who ran well to be fourth on her debut over hurdles at Chateaubriant in late July and can be involved with improvement anticipated. FLEUR DE FEU (13) has a nice pedigree and is from a stable that does well with newcomers. She is worth a market inspection. MER SECRETE (11) is also worth a mention, having won on the flat on debut, she now tries hurdles for the first time.
