Formscan By Alan Magee - BRIDESWELL LAD won twice in handicap chases last year including over this course and distance and still appears on the upgrade as he held a clear lead when unseating rider at the last in Leopardstown earlier this month. He seems fairly versatile ground wise. Mylestown Upper had a couple of these behind when making a successful start over fences at Thurles, although Oscer Romero can’t be discounted at the revised weights. Mercury Lane successfully reverted to fences over 3m1f here last time while Baldur’s Gate also appears suited by a test of stamina having come home strongly when beating all bar Routine Excellence at Thurles just under a fortnight ago.
