The Frankel half-sister to Irish Guineas winner Awtaad won a juvenile maiden at this venue and scored at Listed level over this trip at Killarney last year. The selection was having her first run in 15 months when keeping on well behind the Breeders’ Cup-bound Toy at Naas. Juncture won the Listed Patton Stakes over course and distance this spring and is now fitted with blinkers after going close a few times since including behind Boundless Ocean in the Group 3 Desmond Stakes at Leopardstown. Stablemate Smile Of Love is on a hat-trick after taking well to this surface last time, while Surrounding has won this race twice in the past and continues to serve connections well winning another Listed race at the Galway Festival this summer. Neptune Rock also carries a penalty for a career best 1m1f Listed win at Listowel last time.
