A dual hurdle-winner last year, he was well beaten in his initial chase runs but returned to form at Wexford in April before finishing a useful third at the Galway festival last month. He competes from that same rating and today’s rider now claims 5lb. Nine-time winner A Wave Of The Sea has shown useful recent course-and-distance form and with his rider also claiming 5lb, should compete. Caesar Rock scored a belated first chase win last month and has form at this distance.
