Formscan By Alan Magee - BAMBINO FEVER was a star bumper performer last term winning Grade 1 races at both the Cheltenham and Punchestown Festivals and tasted defeat for the first time when switched to hurdles on her reappearance at Naas last month. She should benefit from that run and confirm places with Cornelienne who made an eye-catching hurdle debut over 11 lengths behind in fourth. Alliteration had the unlucky in running Susie Lenglen close behind in third when taking a Galway bumper on debut in October. The latter has since won a Tramore bumper and gained some experience over hurdles, while Miss Doyenne won a Cork bumper last spring and made an encouraging start over hurdles at Down Royal.
