Going - Heavy (4th last omitted in chases due to ground). Raining

Formscan By Donal Murphy - DERBY is probably the safest option in this tricky contest. The French bred son of Policy Maker was third on his first two starts before eventually making the breakthrough on his third outing at Loughbrickland in November. He was then sold to current connections for 60,000 pounds, and makes his debut for Willie Mullins now. Gordon Elliott is represented by Mainstown winner Global Jackpot. This son of Flying Legend beat High Sparrow at Mainstown, and that one has since won two on the track. Assemble was second on debut at Oldtown, and he looks to have solid claims, while it'll be interesting to see how Getaday fares in the colours made famous by the great Denman. Getaday was third on his last start at Boulta, with Press Conference, who finished second at Naas recently, just over two lengths in front of him. In truth, none of the six runners here can be safely ruled out.
