With Ralph Beckett's string in excellent form, the son of Coulsty is expected to progress further and repel the likely challenge of Shadow Army. Richard Fahey's gelding might not have handled the undulations of Ripon last time, but he sets the standard on official ratings and may well be revitalised by a return to this more conventional track with first-time blinkers applied. Invictus Gold is also noted.
