Formscan By Alan Magee - NAVY BEACH caught the eye when keeping on into fifth behind Miss Abby Jools over a mile at Limerick last week and should relish this step up in trip. The Galileo gelding hails from a family that all showed their best over middle distances and it will be interesting to see if the market speaks in his favour. The combination of cheek pieces and positive riding tactics worked a treat for Sea Spray at Gowran Park last weekend, with Evening’s Empire over four lengths back in third, and the topweight should again give a good account despite a 10lb hike. Mobilise is another bidding to follow up a recent win having scored at Leopardstown last week, while the consistent Picture Of A City may appreciate the application of cheek pieces.
