Formscan - HOURVARI made a promising return from over a year off the track when second at Wetherby. The lightly-raced eight-year-old has been dropped 1lb and, should he step forward as expected, holds every chance of going one place better. Doddiethegreat didn't make it to the second hurdle at Kempton on Boxing Day and it is interesting that he appears again quickly. Fine Casting and the class-dropping Stream Of Stars and are two others to note.
