Formscan By Gary Carson - ILLINOIS looks the pick of the Ballydoyle trio of newcomers on jockey bookings and may be able to make a winning start here. The Galileo colt is a half-brother to Arc winner Danedream and a full-brother to Chester Vase winner Venice Beach. Solar Saving ran a nice race when third at Navan on Wednesday and could be a big player here despite the quick turnaround. It remains to be seen how strong that race was but he shaped with promise and is entitled to improve a bit for the experience. Navajo Scout was a big price when third at Tipperary six days ago and was beaten 10 lengths at the line. He probably needs to step forward again.
