Formscan  - Port Noir wasn't beaten far into third over this trip at Wolverhampton last time and she is likely to remain competitive off the same mark. However, the vote goes to DREAMS DELIVERED, who looks a fascinating contender on his first start for the Michael Appleby stable. The gelding was not totally disgraced in a handicap at Cork in September and he could prove too good for these. Homer Stokes isn't out of this either, as he has been dropped a further 2lb in the ratings and is a previous C&D winner.
