Formscan By Tom Weekes - MEDIEVAL NIGHT was somewhat unlucky not to score on handicap debut three weeks ago and while raised 5lb, remains on a favourable rating. From a smart Moyglare family, he showed just mild promise as a juvenile but was notably well supported on his first start for 305 days at Leopardstown. Having been ridden patiently, he finished well in that big-field handicap and with a tongue-tie is now applied, should progress from the run. Another well-bred three-year-old Noli Timere easily won a Naas maiden recently and while she debuts in handicaps, is suited by this distance and should compete. Dependable handicapper Imposing Supreme has been running well in useful contests and today’s rider now claims 7lb.
