The Emmet Mullins-trained gelding chased home a smart horse in Classical Creek on his first outing for the yard at Down Royal and had a solid enough run at Fairyhouse subsequently. He was a moderate fifth on his return at Wexford but with that run under his belt he has the ability to play a big part now on his jumping debut. Maroto has a mark of 107 and would be a big player if running to that. He needs to improve on a couple of poor efforts over the winter. Kamino Bello didn’t make much impression on his debut in a Fairyhouse bumper but could improve on better ground.
