Formscan  - U Turn ended his first campaign in good heart and has been gelded during his time off. He does have a layoff to overcome, in contrast to SIMBA'S PRIDE, who had to settle for fifth when favourite to supplement a Ripon triumph at York on Friday. He wasn't helped by the way the race panned out and is worth another chance. Dragon Spin was beaten when meeting trouble over C&D, but she won well at Nottingham before that and is respected on that basis.
