Formscan  - All three runnings of this race have gone to horses aged five or six carrying over nine stone and that seems to suggest a bold effort could be on the cards from GIDWA. The selection was a running-on second over shorter last time out and races off just a 1lb higher mark now for Brian Ellison, who trained the winner of this in 2022. Vondelpark won't mind the predicted cut in the ground and could go well in first-time cheekpieces off a sliding mark, while Craig Lidster has his string in form and his Port And Starburd could also have a say.
