Formscan By Donal Murphy - RUBI LIGHT has won this contest the last two years and although they were of course run at Gowran, that shouldn't stop him from making it three in-a-row in this Grade 2 contest. The classy Grade 1 winning son of Network ran very well at Leopardstown last time out when chasing home Sizing Europe and he should prove hard to beat here with the ground and trip in his favour. Hidden Cyclone is his biggest danger and the John Hanlon trained gelding is three from three over the trip of 2m 4f and two from two over the course. He ran a fine race under top weight in the Leopardstown Handicap Chase last time out and he is sure to give a good account of himself. Foildubh always gives his best but he should find the aforementioned duo a bit too good while outsider Chicago Grey completes the line-up.
