Formscan By Mark Nunan - LIFETIME AMBITION has been beaten less than a length both times when runner-up in his first two starts over hurdles and may go one better. The point-to-point winner stays well and can put his experience to good use. Fair bumper performer Stattler was beaten at odds-on on his hurdling bow at Naas but stuck to his task well and is likely to be all the better for that outing. Barbary Master, third in a decent maiden at Punchestown in October, is another to consider with the step-up in trip expected to suit him. It hasn’t happened yet over hurdles for smart bumper performer Risk Factor but he’s another that might fare better now that he goes half a mile further.
