Formscan By Alan Magee - IFITWASME won both on the Flat and over hurdles last year and impressed on his reappearance at Listowel last month when successfully stepped up to two miles on the Flat. This trip should provide enough of a stamina test, although a 10lb hike does make life a lot more difficult. Love Sonnet appreciated a step up to 1m3f when scoring on her handicap debut here in May and is an obvious threat with plenty of scope for further improvement. Lady Kai won twice last year including here over 1m3f and came home well when upped in trip on her seasonal debut at Gowran, while Coulstys Way is another to consider.
