Formscan By Alan Magee - CELTIC DRUID has struck form recently and followed up a promising third at Leopardstown when successfully stepping up in trip at Bellewstown. The Tom McCourt-trained gelding appeared to have a bit in hand when beating better fancied stablemate Maxwell Smart, with Tassarolo beaten about eight lengths back in fourth, and can score again off his revised mark. Metamorpheus had the reserves Together Aclaim and Slieve Bearnagh both behind when third to Stepdance over a similar trip at Limerick on Saturday, while Dolce Far Niente and Chou Chou have both won recently and now step up in distance.
