Going - Yielding to Soft (soft in places). Raining

Formscan By Gary Carson - THE PAPARRAZI KID was maybe flattered by the margin of defeat at Navan last time when chasing home Moscow Mannon but it was still a decent effort and he is capable of landing this if producing a similar run. His previous effort at Clonmel was disappointing given the level of ability he showed in bumpers but last time was much more like it and he may be getting the hang of the jumping game. Operating had no hope of pegging back Rory O'Moore at Naas but there is no disgrace in that as that rival isn't easy dealt with if building up a lead. He's better judged on his previous second to Clonbanan Lad and has to be a threat on that run. Three of these make their jumps debut having won bumpers last time and Anonis may be the best of them having scored in style at Cheltenham last month. Dermot Weld's Expanding Universe also deserves utmost respect and the form of his Fairyhouse success has worked out well. King Of Firth won at Galway in October but this looks a stiff enough task on his jumps debut.
