Formscan  - Summer Of Love beat a 77-rated rival by just over four lengths over track and trip in October, form which obviously gives her a big shout in this contest despite her penalty. However, SMART HERO looks the way to go. The son of Shamardal produced an eye-catching debut effort to fill the runner-up spot over C&D in April before running way too free and blowing his chance at Southwell next time. The return to this track and trip and a change in tactics could see him in a much better light, while Ten Pounds and Murashah are just two others to consider.
